Hey there,

Having been in digital marketing for 26 years (and being 71 years old) I have seen a lot of changes.

  • The PC revolution.

  • The birth of the web.

  • The rise of social media.

  • And now, the AI wave.

Every single time, the same thing happens.

Some people fight it.
Some people ignore it.
And some people adapt fast and build something that lasts.

Here is what I have learned about surviving (and thriving) when the technology changes.

1. Do not fight the change.

I know a man who still builds websites by hand-coding HTML.

He is proud of it.
He spent years learning it.
And he is not wrong - it works.

But it takes him three weeks to build a page that I can build in 90 seconds with Lovable.

Three weeks versus 90 seconds.

That is not a difference in skill.
That is a difference in leverage.

When the technology changes, the old way still works.
But the new way works faster, cheaper, and better.

Fighting it does not make you principled.

It makes you slow.

2. Do not try to learn everything yourself.

When I started, I learned HTML the hard way.

  • I opened a text editor.

  • I typed every tag by hand.

  • I debugged broken tables at 2 AM.

That was the right move in 1998.

Today, it would be insane.

Not because HTML is useless.

Because there are tools now that make it unnecessary.

The same thing is happening with AI.

You do not need to learn prompt engineering.
You do not need to learn Python.
You do not need to become an AI expert.

You need to find someone who already is one.

3. Speed matters.

When the PC came out in the late 90s, the people who adapted quickly did not just get ahead.

They built foundations so strong that their competitors never caught up.

The same thing is happening right now with AI.

The people who start using it today - even badly - will be light years ahead of the people who wait for the "perfect time."

There is no perfect time.

There is only now, and later, and too late.

Here is the good news.

This shift is not about becoming a tech wizard.

It is about knowing what the technology can do for you, and finding someone who can do it with (or for) you.

That is exactly what we are doing in the Master Member community.

  • We are building AI-powered lead magnets that people actually use.

  • We are creating funnels in minutes instead of months.

  • We are doing it together.

  • And we are doing it live on our weekly calls, each one recorded.

If you want to see what that looks like, reply to this email with the word "AI" and I will send you a quick video of what we are building.

No pitch.
Just proof.

Because when the technology changes, the only wrong move is standing still.

To your success,
Charlie
