Where do you really stand?
Not where you wish you stood. Not where you stood in 2019. Where you actually stand, tonight.
The wisest action you can take right now might just be this: make a list of where you really stand.
Grab a piece of paper and ask yourself:
Do you want an email list but don't have one?
Do you want a squeeze page but don't have one?
Do you want a website but don't have one?
Do you have these things, but they're not working?
Be honest. Nobody else is reading the list. This is between you and the truth.
Here is the good news: there is time to fix it.
Three months is a long time. Deals get made, lists get built, and businesses get turned around in three months. Ask anyone who ever finished a strong fourth quarter.
Here is the bad news: it is very difficult to fix these things alone.
