Here is the whole thing on one page.
1. Week one - face what broke.
Get honest about what your business stands on. Rented rankings. Generic review pages. An audience that answers its own questions now. If the ground washed away under you, better to find out in week one than week ten.
2. Week two - build the trust asset.
Trust is the new traffic. So pick one product you actually use and give a verdict, not a summary. First-hand proof. Honest drawbacks. And say you get paid if they buy - in a feed of anonymous recommendations that makes you the only one worth believing.
3. Week three - own the list.
Every channel you have feeds the list. The list builds the relationship. The relationship drives the recommendation. Teach first. Recommend second. One idea per email.
4. Week four - choose your three.
A Today product funds this month.
A Feeder makes the next sale feel obvious.
A Core product pays you while you sleep.
One of each. On purpose.
5. Then run it through the workflow.
Research first. AI second. You last. The order is the strategy, and that never changes.
That is the engine. Research, trust, list, offers. Then repeat.
And there is no doubt about it - making it through five laps is something. Most people quit at the first one.
But I would be lying if I said reading it is the same as running it.
Knowing the engine and living inside it are two different skills. The framework fits on an index card. Applying it to your actual niche and your actual offers - that is where it gets real.
