Issue 100

Did you notice what happened while everyone was watching AI write their emails?

Affiliate marketing got bigger.

In the US alone, the channel drove 13.81 billion dollars in spend this year, and it now influences over 241 billion in online sales.

The money did not leave. The path to it changed overnight.

Amazon quietly rewrote its commission rules and creators watched roughly a quarter of their income disappear.

Two out of three Google searches now end without a single click. And when someone wants a product recommendation, more and more of them ask a chatbot instead of a search box.

The old model was simple. Rank on Google. Drop your link. Wait.

That model did not get sick. It got replaced.

Yesterday I taught my Master Members a live session called Trust Is the New Traffic. The heart of it was one idea: AI made information free and infinite, which made believability scarce.

When anyone can generate a review, a comparison, or a "best of" list in seconds, the trusted voice becomes the rarest resource on the internet.

Scarcity like that is not a problem. It is an opening.

So here is what I want to do about it.

One hundred letters into creating The Charlie Page letter, I have never had a better reason to write a series.

Starting Tuesday, I am running a sprint right here in this letter.

Five letters over three weeks on the new face of affiliate marketing. What broke, why trust is the new traffic, why your list became a search engine, how to pick offers in the AI era, and the workflow that ties it all together.

I am calling it a sprint on purpose.

A course is something you buy and mean to finish someday. A sprint has a start, a finish, and things you can do in between.

You show up Tuesday and Thursday, I do the teaching in the newsletter, and by the last letter you will have a complete picture of what works now.

Here is the map:

  • Tuesday: what actually broke, and the numbers behind it.

  • Thursday: why trust = traffic, and the six-question test that filters every offer.

  • The week after: your list as a search engine, then how to choose winners.

  • The final week: the AI-powered workflow, then one letter that puts the whole engine together.

If you have been doing this for years, this sprint will show you which parts of your business are standing on ground that already washed away.

If you are newer, it will save you from building on that ground at all.

One favor to ask: reply and tell me which of those five you most want me to go deep on. I read every reply, and your answers will shape the letters.

Because finally understanding where the money moved to - after years of being told it all still works the old way - is a beautiful thing indeed.

Charlie

P.S. My Master Members get each of these topics as a live session every Friday, with me teaching and a live Q&A. If you want a seat in the room and not just the newsletters, Master Membership is here.
